Thanks to Meenakshi for this idea! Okay, so how do I get so flexible without going to any classes ? To be honest, I watch YouTube flexibility videos to be flexible. I practice everyday so that's how I am flexible. I am not a pro at flexibility yet and only have doing it for like a small period of time so I don't know many tricks. The YouTube channel that helps me be flexible is "Anna Mcnulty". She is very flexible and has many tutorials for certain skills. And she even has a full body routine.
